1. We are an esports organization "B8" (registration adress: Ukraine, Lviv region, Lviv, st. Gulak-Artemovskogo, 11, apt. 6). For the privacy policy purposes we are represented by individual-entrepreneur Ishutin Daniil, a single-tax payer (third party).

2. With this Privacy policy we establish how we collect and use your private information when you are using our website (futher – "Site"). Including contact form (futher – “Services”), that is suggested by “B8” and how you can affect us using your personal information (Privacy policy). This Privacy policy complements our Cookie Policy (available at In case of conflict between Privacy policy and Cookie policy, this Privacy policy prevails.

1. By providing Services, acting reasonably and faithfully, we believe that you are:
a. giving us your reliable information in a level required to use Services
b. learned about and agreed with this Privacy policy

2. We do not verify information received from user, except in cases when such verification required to fulfill our obligations to user.

1. In order to provide you with Services, we going to perfect, develop and implement new functions in our Services and improve current functions of Services. To do so and in accordance with applicable law we collect, store, accumulate, organize, extract, compare, use and complement your data that you decide to give us via e-mail (further – “Processing”). We will receive and transfer this data to our affiliated bodies and partners, as it is indicated in a table below and in part 4 of this Privacy policy.

▪ to reliable companies or individuals who provide services and process your personal data for us for the purposes listed above, based on our instructions, provided that we take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your data at all times;
▪ companies, organizations or individuals outside B8 if we believe in good faith that data access, use, storage or disclosure is reasonably necessary:
- to comply with any applicable law, regulation, procedural or enforcement government request;
- to detect, prevent or otherwise respond to fraud, security and technical issues;
- to protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of B8, our consumers or the public, as required or permitted by law.
2. We may transfer your data to "B8", private entrepreneur Daniil Ishutin and our other affiliated persons. Sometimes, we may also need to transfer your data to third parties in order to provide you with our services or administer the Site, for example, if you decide to share your data through other social media platforms.

3. "B8" or our chosen third parties - partners may show you advertisements with our permission and using their ad servers.
5. International transmission

1. We may transfer and store on our servers or databases some of your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in Ukraine.
2. The countries to which we transfer your data may not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. We use reasonable cybersecurity measures and / or apply Standard Contractual Clauses (e.g. Model Clauses, Data Processing Agreement / Addendum) to ensure that your data is adequately protected.

1. We will keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such data was collected, depending on the legal basis for which this data was obtained; and / or the retention period depends on whether there are additional legal / regulatory obligations for us to retain your personal information for as long as required and / or permissible under applicable / relevant law.
